Dr. Khalid is board certified in Internal Medicine and a board-certified Oncologist. Her primary focus is to treat solid malignancies.
What is your favorite thing about practicing oncology? Oncology allows us to use clinical research to help our cancer patients. It allows us to build lasting relationships with our patients. Dr. Khalid studied medicine at Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan. She did her internal medicine residency training at Fairview Hospital – Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She went on to complete her medicine subspecialty training in medical oncology at Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada. |
